Recently, Zhong Lun Law Firm has acted as legal counsel for Guangzhou Zhujiang Brewery and helped it successfully launch its IPO and get listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Partner Xu Zhigang from the law firm’s Shenzhen office led a professional service team for the IPO and listing.
The IPO and listing raised RMB400 million which would be used to further its investment in two brewery projects in Guangxi and Hunan provinces in China.
