Zhong Lun Law Firm has recently acted as PRC legal counsel for Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Ltd (acting through its Hong Kong and Indonesian affiliates) in connection with a RMB5m credit facility to Indonesia Bakrie Telecom,the world’s first RMB-denominated offshore loan to a non-Chinese borrower.
