On September 3, 2010, Hebei Sailhero Environmental Protection High-tech Co., Ltd. (the Company) was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission to launch an initial public offering (IPO) and get listed on the Nasdaq-like ChiNext in China.

The Company principally engages in developing, manufacturing and sale of hi-tech environmental monitoring equipments. The Company simultaneously has five online monitoring systems (namely, AQMS, Water Quality Monitoring, COD Monitoring System, CEMS, and acid rain Monitoring System) and emergency monitoring vehicles.
