On August 9, 2010, the China Securities Regulatory Commission approved conditionally the major assets reorganization of Chongqing Gangjiu Co., Ltd.
Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as legal counsel for Chongqing Gangjiu Co., Ltd. in the reorganization. The Zhong Lun team was composed of Jeremy Dai, Zou Xiaodong, Wu Chuanjiao and Li Jialin. Southwest Securities Co., Ltd. acted as the independent financial advisor.
