Zhong Lun Advises China Power International Development Limited on Public Bond Issuance in Hong Kong
On December 14, 2010, China Power International Development Limited issued a public bond in an aggregate principal amount of RMB 800,000,000 in Hong Kong, with the interest rate at 3.2% and due in 2015.
Zhong Lun Law Firm is the only PRC firm involved in the issuance of the bond and acted as the PRC counsel of the Book Runner and Manager. Professionals involved include partners Anthony Qiao, Ellen Chan and Michael Chen, and associates Lucy Luo, Wendy Peng, Wendy Yan, Sabrina Zou and Christine Zhang.
Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited acted as the sole book runner and manager for the issuance of the bond.
