Zhong Lun Advises Shenzhen Ping’an Innovation Capital Investment Co., Ltd. on Capital Increase in Sichuan Blue Ray Project
On January 12, 2011, Shenzhen Ping’an Innovation Capital Investment Co., Ltd. (“Ping’an Innovation Capital") and Sichuan Blue Ray Hejun Industry Co., Ltd. (“Sichuan Blue Ray"), the largest real estate enterprise in Sichuan Province, signed an agreement of investment, under which Ping’an Innovation Capital subscribed to the increased share capital of RMB500 million of Sichuan Blue Ray.
Zhong Lun, as the legal counsel of Ping’an Innovation Capital, provided a package of legal services including due diligence, drafting agreements of investment, articles of association and legal opinion letters within six months since August 2010. The team was led by partner Feng Wenjun and included partners Wang Lijuan and Li Haiqing. Professionals also included Cao Zhengjie and Zeng Sheng.
