On June 20, 2011, Xiangyu Dredging Holdings Limited (“Xiangyu Dredging"), the largest privately owned dredging company in China in terms of dredging volume in 2010, was listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board.
Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as PRC legal counsel for the company. Morgan Stanley acted as sole sponsor, CCB International and Guotai Junan International served as lead bookrunners and joint lead managers.
Xiangyu Dredging is engaged in providing capital and reclamation dredging and also attaches great importance to environmental protection dredging services.
