On April 28, 2011, Jiangsu Tongda Power Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully listed on the Small and Medium Enterprise Board (SME Board) of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock. The company offered 32 million shares in its initial public offering (IPO) at an issuance price of 19 yuan per share, raising 608 million from the listing.
