On May 11, 2011, Jiayuan.com International Ltd. (ticker symbol: DATE), the largest online dating platform in China, announced its initial public offering and listing of American Depositary Shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, which has raised more than US$78 million. BofA Merrill Lynch and Citi were the joint book runners of the offering, and Zhong Lun acted as the issuer’ PRC legal counsel. The legal team from Zhong Lun for the offering was led by Anthony Zhao, and included William Jia, Shen Jun, Ada Jiang etc.
