Zhong Lun Law Firm has recently advised Quam Capital Limited and Kingsway Financial Services Group Limited on placing and listing of Noble House (China) Holdings Limited on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) Board of the Hong Kong stock exchange. Trading of its shares began on December 30, 2011. Quam Capital Limited was the sponsor, and Kingsway Financial Services Group Limited was the Lead Manager and Bookrunner. Stevenson, Wong & Co. and Shanghai United Law Firm acted as Hong Kong Legal Counsel and PRC Legal Counsel of Noble House, respectively. Pinsent Masons acted as the Hong Kong Legal Counsel of Quam Capital Limited. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu is the auditor and reporting accountant.
