Zhong Lun Provides Legal Services for Ivanhoe Cambridge’s Investment in an Industrial Property in Shanghai
Zhong Lun Law Firm recently provided the legal services to Ivanhoe Cambridge for the Canadian company’s investment project in an industrial property in Shanghai valued over RMB 100 million.
Ivanhoe Cambridge, headquartered in Montreal, Canada, is one of the ten largest real-estate companies in the world, focusing on the development, operation and management of high-end shopping centers, office buildings and residential housing. As of December 31, 2011, its total assets had exceeded USD 30 billion and spread across more than 20 countries throughout the world.
Zhong Lun served as Ivanhoe Cambridge’s PRC legal counsel in the course of this project, providing legal services for client throughout the process with a legal team consisting of the Shanghai Office’s Zhou Yun as the lead partner, Zhou Yang as the lead associate, and Li Hanqi and Zhang Wenjia as handling associates.
