Kuaizhi Technology Co., Ltd., the operating company of kuaidadi.com, the first taxi App in China, completed its Series A private financing on May 25, 2013. Alibaba (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd. made an investment of US$4 million as Kaizhi Technology’s working capital for expanding its business nationwide. Zhong Lun Law Firm represented Kuaizhi Technology in connection with this transaction.
