Zhong Lun Advises CapitalMalls on Project Finance of Xinzhuang Longzhimeng Shopping Mall
In November 2012, DBS Bank and CapitalMalls have entered into the facility agreements in respect of the financing project of Xinzhuang Longzhimeng Shopping Mall which is developed and constructed by CapitalMalls. DBS Bank granted onshore and offshore facilities in an aggregate amount of Renminbi 1.5 billion (RMB 1,500,000,000) for this project. The Zhong Lun team, led by Shirley Lu (partner) and also composed of Andy Li, Jack Zhai and Janiver Yang (associates) from Shanghai Office, acted as legal counsel for DBS and provided full-range legal services for this financing project.
Xinzhuang Longzhimeng Shopping Mall is located at the CBD of Minhang District, Shanghai, the total construction area of which is around 200,000 square meters. The shopping mall consists of a comprehensive shopping mall and an office building, in which numerous international luxury brands and famous enterprises have chosen to settle. This shopping mall has now become the largest commercial complex and the landmark of Xinzhuang.
