Zhong Lun Advises on HK Main Board IPO of Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited
Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited (“Golden Wheel Tiandi") (stock code: 1232) got listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board on January 16, 2013. The number of shares under the global offering hit 450,000,000, and 45,000,000 shares for public offering at the price of 1.68 HK dollars per share, raising approximately 756,000,000 HK dollars.
BNP Paribas Capital (Asia Pacific) Limited (“BNP") acted as the Sole Global Coordinator and Sole Sponsor, BNP and BOCI Asia Limited (“BOCI") acted as the Joint Bookrunners in the share offering and listing. Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC legal counsel for the Sole Global Coordinator and Sole Sponsor, Joint Bookrunners and Underwriters.
