Zhong Lun Law Firm recently advised AnaCap Financial Partners LLP, a UK based private equity fund manager, on its formation of a sterling denominated private equity fund in respect of the PRC law related matters, including fund raising process, ways of financial promotion, regulated activities, qualified investors, safe harbor provisions, approvals and registrations as required in the process of fund raising, and expected legal changes in the coming 18 months with respect to private equity in China, etc.
