Zhong Lun Law Firm advised Noah Private Wealth Management on the establishment of a real estate fund and the investment in a Chengdu real estate project under the control of Chongqing Loncin Real Estate Group Co. Ltd. The total amount of this transaction is around RMB 350 million; advised on the established real estate fund set up by Noah Private Wealth Management and Wanke Group and its investment in the real estate projects under the control of Wanke Group. The total amount of this transaction is around RMB 1.58 billion; advised Gopher Asset on its establishment of a real estate fund and its investment in the real estate project under the control of Rong Hui Group. The total amount of this transaction is around RMB 770 million.
