Yongsheng Advanced Materials Company Limited (“Yongsheng Advanced Materials"; stock code: 03608.HK) got listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board on November 27, 2013. And the number of shares in the global offering hits 100,000,000 and up to 16.22 times for over-subscribed public offering, raising approximately 120,000,000 Hong Kong dollars.
Haitong International Capital Limited (“Haitong") acted as the Sole Sponsor and Haitong International Securities Company Limited acted as the Sole Bookrunner and the Sole Lead Manager of the share offer and listing. Acted as the PRC legal counsel for Haitong, Partner Michael Gu from Zhong Lun Shanghai office led a professional service team including Shirley Xiang and Andrew Xiang for the IPO and listing.
Yongsheng Advanced Materials is an enterprise principally engaged in the trading of textile-related products, the dyeing and processing of differentiated polyester fabric, and the production of polyester filament yarn, which are three business segments associated with the textile industry in China.
