On March 24th, 2014, YY INC. (NASDAQ:YY) (the “Company"), a rich communication social platform, announced the closing of its offering of US$400 million in aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2019. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. International PLC acted as the joint lead managers in this issue.
