Zhong Lun Advises Altran Technologies on M&A with Beyondsoft Corporation
On August 27, 2014, Altran China Limited (“Altran HK"), Beyondsoft (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (“Beyondsoft Shanghai") and Altran-Beyondsoft (Beijing) Technologies Co., Ltd. (“ABT") reached consensus on capital increase of ABT by Altran HK and purchase of certain business from Beyondsoft Shanghai, and concluded a Master Assets Transfer Contract (the “Contract"). Mr. Steve Zhao, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm, along with partner Gao Ting and associates Wang Xu and Chen Dandan, acted as the PRC counsel for Altran Technologies.
Altran HK is a subsidiary of Altran Technologies, a company listed in Paris (Euronext Paris: ALT) with its primary business in technical services in sectors such as telecommunications, aeronautics and automobile. Beyondsoft Shanghai is a subsidiary of Beyondsoft Corporation, a company listed in Shenzhen (SZ002649).
