On September 1, 2014, Suishou Technology Holdings Inc. (Feidee), a leading mobile application for personal finance in China, announced the closing of Series B financing led by Fosun Group. Previously, Sequoia Capital completed the Series A round and also participated into this Series B round.
Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the lead counsel to Feidee for both rounds of financing and provided cross-border legal services in these transactions. The legal team from Zhong Lun was led by Anthony Zhao, and included Sammy Hsia, Raphael Liu and Jane Chen.
