Zhong Lun advises Frasers Centrepoint Limited on Listing on the Mainboard of Singapore Stock Exchange
On January 9, 2014, Frasers Centrepoint Limited (“FCL") successfully got listed on the Mainboard of Singapore Stock Exchange (“SGX") (stock code TQ5). FCL, which is focus on the real property business, is demerged from SGX Mainboard listing company, Fraser and Neave Limited (stock code F99) and is listed by way of an introduction. On the first day of listing, the market value of FCL reached SGD 4.3 billion.
