Zhong Lun recently advised Fang Fund with the closing of 8 venture capital investments, including:
1. Series A round investment in Sunointech;
2. Series A round investment in Kuyun Interactive Technology Limited;
3. Series A round investment in Yunzhou-Tech;
4. Series C round investment in a business intelligence company;
5. Series A round investment in Zannan SciTech;
6. Series A round investment in an overseas internet shopping company;
7. Series A round investment in a mobile internet-based kids education product developing company; and
8. Series A round investment in an internet-based training company.
