Jason LIU
Jason Liu is a senior partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm. Jason obtained Ph.D. of Law from University of International Business and Economics in China. He also studied at California State University at Los Angeles.
Jason has extensive experience in securities compliance, litigation and arbitration, and cross-border M&A transactions.
Jason advised dozens of listed companies on their compliance issues, services covering class actions, de-listing, litigation and arbitration, as well as debt restructurings. He also advised on the establishment of private equity funds, and hundreds of private financing and M&A transactions.
He was consecutively recognized as "Asia's Leading Lawyers for Business" in private equity practice by Chambers from 2014 to 2024 as well as "Leading lawyer in Private Equity Funds" by IFLR from 2016 to 2021. He was ranked as "Highly Regarded Leading lawyer in Investment Funds" by IFLR from 2022 to 2023.
