Zhong Lun Advises on Xunlei’s IPO on NASDAQ

On June 24, 2014, Xunlei Limited (ticker symbol: XNET), a leading Internet company and the No.1 accelerator product provider in China, announced its initial public offering and listing of American Depositary Shares on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. J.P. Morgan and Citigroup acted as the joint book-running managers of the offering. Upon the underwriters’ exercise of the over-allotment option, the total gross proceeds from this offering exceeded US$100 million.

Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as Xunlei’s PRC legal counsel in the offering. The legal team from Zhong Lun was led by Anthony Zhao and Nelson Hu, and comprised lawyers from both Shanghai and Shenzhen offices. Other core members of the team included William Jia, Vincent Shen, Raphael Liu, Joyce Gu and Jane Chen.
