Zhong Lun Advised on Digital Telecom’s Listing on HKEx Main Board
On July 4, 2014, Beijing Digital Telecom Co., Ltd. (“BJ DIGITAL") announced its success of initial global offering of 166, 667, 000 H Shares and listing on the Main Board of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, with a stock code of 06188, and raised approximate HK$ 883.34 million in total.
Zhong Lun Law Firm’s legal team, comprising Guo Kejun and Daniel Sean, the chief lawyers, and Liu Zhiyong, Sun Hong, Liu Jia and Yu Shixuan, the experienced member lawyers, advised BJ DIGITAL in the whole process. Citigroup Global Markets Asia Limited and UBS Securities Hong Kong Limited acted as the joint sponsors and global coordinator.
