Chuanke completed its entire acquisition by Baidu recently. Zhong Lun Law Firm represented Chuanke in this deal. Chuanke, a leading online course sharing platform engaged in providing professional online and interactive education services in China. Zhong Lun Law Firm also advised Chuanke on its Series A private financing by Bertelsmann Asia Investments and Series A+ private financing by Baidu.
