Zhong Lun Won London International Arbitration Case for Large State-owned Iron and Steel Group Corporation
Recently, Zhong Lun Law Firm achieved a winning award of London international arbitration case for a domestic client, which is a large state-owned iron and steel group corporation. Zhong Lun was instructed to deal on behalf of the client with a compensation claim over USD 3.5 million from a foreign claimant. After nearly three year’s effort, the tribunal finally awarded that all the claims of the foreign party were dismissed and furthermore they should bear all the arbitration fees as well as compensation to the client for their legal cost. This case is handled by Niu Lei as the partner of Zhong Lun Shanghai office, Li Chenbiao as another partner of Zhong Lun Shanghai office is also involved in this case, and the team also includes Monica Yan, Ross Xu, Joy Tang.
