Recently, a project company under Tishman Speyer has successfully completed its acquisition financing in respect of the project located in Qiantan, Pudong New Area, Shanghai by receiving hundreds of millions of RMB acquisition loan granted by Shanghai Pudong Development Bank. The Zhong Lun team, led by Shirley Lu (partner) and also composed of Jianwei Yang and Feifei Qiu (associates) from Shanghai Office, acted as legal counsel for Tishman Speyer and provided full-range legal services for this acquisition financing project.
