Recently, Bluefocus International Limited (“Bluefocus International"), a Hong Kong subsidiary wholly-owned by BlueFocus Communication Group CO., Ltd., invested 60 million US dollars in Optimix Media Asia Limited (“Optimix Media"). After the completion of the investment，Bluefocus International will own 14.59% shares of Optimix Media. Optimix Media is the parent company of iClick Interactive Asia Limited (“iClick"). Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC legal adviser to iClick and provided legal services to iClick in the above transaction.
