Recently, Hong Kong listed Cheung Wo International Holdings Limited (stock abbreviation: Cheung Wo, stock code: 00009.HK) issued USD 20 million mortgage secured notes which will be due at 2018. Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC legal adviser to Cheung Wo and provided legal services to Cheung Wo in the above project. Zhong Lun’s team was led by Jessica Li and the team includes Zhao Dian and Li Na.
