Zhong Lun Advises on Hong Kong IPO of Creative China Holdings
Zhong Lun Law Firm has advised the sponsor New Spring Capital and the underwriter CNI Securities Group to the Hong Kong IPO of Creative China Holdings. The IPO was completed on 18 November 2015.
Creative China Holdings is a fast growing television and online broadcasting program content producer and event organiser in the PRC. Its signature programs include “Film Star Podcast" and “Studio on the Spot" which are shown on CCTV movie channel and 1905 Film Net. Major events organised by Creative China Holdings include Golden Rooster Awards Ceremony, People’s Hundred Flowers Awards Ceremony, Lily Film Awards Ceremony, etc.
The Zhong Lun Hong Kong team was led by corporate partner Victor Pang who was assisted by associates Winnie Tse, Sandy Shum, Sonia Li, Jessica Leung，Charity Cheung, Guo Cheng and Huang Cheng. The Zhong Lun Beijing team was led by corporate partner Jessica Li and was supported by associates Zhao Dian, Li Na and Li Biqiao.
