On 18 November 2015, Creative China Holdings Limited listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKEx) (stock code 8368).
Creative China Holdings is a fast growing television and online broadcasting program content producer and event organizer in China. Its signature programs include Film Star Podcast and Studio on the Spot, which are shown on the CCTV movie channel and 1905 Film Net. Major events organized by Creative China Holdings include the Golden Rooster Awards Ceremony, the People’s Hundred Flowers Awards Ceremony and the Lily Film Awards Ceremony.
Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the Hong Kong legal adviser to the sole sponsor of the listing, New Spring Capital, and underwriter CNI Securities Group. Zhong Lun’s Hong Kong office carried out the work.
