September 30, 2015, Unisplendour Corporation Limited (Shenzhen: 000938.SZ, “UNIS") and Western Digital Corporation (NASDAQ: WDC, “WDC") jointly announced that they have entered into a stock purchase agreement. Pursuant to this agreement, a subsidiary of UNIS will purchase newly issued common shares of WDC at a price of $92.50 per share. The total price for UNIS’ equity investment in WDC is approximately $3.8 billion.
