July 27, 2015, Xiamen Insight Investment Co., Ltd. (Shenzhen: 000526.SZ, “Insight") announced that it has entered into definitive transactional documents with Xueda Education Group (NYSE: XUE, “Xueda") and other relevant parties. Pursuant to such transactional documents, Xueda will be taken private from the NYSE and in the meantime become wholly-owned by Insight, an A-share listed company.
Zhong Lun Law Firm acts as the PRC counsel of Insight on this take-private transaction and provides a full range of transactional legal services for Insight, including particularly deal structuring and negotiation.
