Zhong Lun Advises On Shui On Land Limited’s Sale of Equity Interests of its Subsidiary in China
Shui On Land Limited (SEHK stock code: 272) announced the sale of the whole equity interests of its wholly-owned subsidiary - “Fo Shan Yuan Kang Property Development Co., Ltd." to Foshan Shunde Country Garden Properties Company Limited at a consideration of more than RMB 1,700,000,000 on April 14, 2016.
