E-Shang Cayman Ltd. and Redwood Group Asia, Pte. Ltd., two of Asia’s leading logistics real estate developers, owners and operators, recently announced completion of an all-stock merger. The combined firm renamed e-Shang Redwood or ESR will be one of Asia’s largest logistics real estate platforms with over 3.5 million square meters of projects owned and under development in China, Japan and South Korea as well as capital and fund management operations in Hong Kong and Singapore.
