Zhong Lun Advises on the Syndicated Loan Project for Shanghai SK Building of SK Group.
Recently, the Syndication Loan project which is equivalent to RMB 2 Billion, led by Bank of Communications and co-established by Bank of Communications with many joint-stock commercial banks, was officially signed. The loan will be sued for the construction and operation of Shanghai SK Building.
SK Group ranked 57 on Fortune Global 500 of 2015. Shanghai SK Building project is located in the area of Shanghai Expo and its total height is 275 meters. It will be the 4th highest building of Shanghai Pudong New District and the headquarters of SK Group in Shanghai after it is completed.
