In early July 2016, Steve Zhao, a partner of Zhong Lun Law Firm together with team members Xie Xin and others, assisted Hong Tian Yuan Investment, Tian Jing Capital fund management company, in completion of the privately-raised fund manager registration with the Asset Management Association of China (“AMAC"). During the service, Zhong Lun actively assisted the client to standardize internal management and to communicate with AMAC regarding issues including the peeling off the business scope, investment fund practice qualifications, and Zhong Lun’s legal opinion was accepted by AMAC. Zhong Lun will go on to assist other fund management companies.
