Zhong Lun Advises on ZENT’s Listing on National Equities Exchange and Quotations

ZENT Construction Machinery("ZENT") was approved to be listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations ("NEEQ") on August 10, 2016. Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC counsel for ZENT and provided comprehensive legal services for the Listing and Public Transfer project. The legal team was led by Anthony Qiao, the partner of Zhong Lun Shanghai Office. Other team members included partners Michael Chen, Jim Li, and associates Grace Wang, Feifan Wang and Edward Wu.

ZENT is a developer and provider of cutting machine, drilling machine and diamond saw blade, selling products abroad mainly through its subsidiary companies established in German, France and Austria.
