Recently, two real estate funds under Tishman Speyer have successfully entered into certain financing documents in respect of a property development financing project and a property acquisition financing project respectively. As to the property development financing project, the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (“ICBC") has granted a facility of hundreds of millions RMB to finance the development of a commercial and office complex located in Shenzhen invested by Tishman Speyer, and as to the property acquisition project, Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank has granted a merger & acquisition loan of hundreds of millions RMB to a project company under Tishman Speyer.
