Recently, a domestic syndicate consisting of United Overseas Bank Limited and Credit Suisse AG has successfully granted a syndicated loan of hundreds of millions RMB for the “Florentia Village" project in Shanghai (“Florentia Village" is China’s first shopping center dedicated to top-notch brands from Italy), and meanwhile, an overseas syndicate consisting of United Overseas Bank Limited, Credit Suisse AG and China CITIC Bank International Limited has successfully granted a syndicated loan to the offshore shareholder of the developer of this project.
