On March 28, Overseas Chinese Town Real Estate entered into certain contract with Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited and CITIC Trust and Investment Co., Ltd. for the direct financing project in respect of lease income right of Overseas Chinese Town with an amount of 650 million yuan. It is considered “the first quasi-REIT hopefully to be listed in China" and has been the product with the largest financing amount and longest period (five years) up till now.
