Zhong Lun Assisted Ming Hui International’s HK Listing
Ming Hui International Holdings Co. Ltd (Ming Hui, 3828.HK) successfully listed shares on Hong Kong Stock Exchange on November 2, 2007. Ming Hui is specialized in manufacturing high end tourist products for tourist business and airlines in global markets in north America, Europe, the mainland China, HK and Macao, and the prime clients include the DiaoYu Tai State Guest House, Shangri La Hotel, Helton Hotel, Marriott Hotel, Cathy Pacific Airlines, Dragon Air, and Lufthansa Airlines, etc. The IPO sponsor is DBS Asia Finance Ltd, and the total fund raised exceeds HKD500 million.
Zhong Lun is retained by Ming Hui International as the Chinese legal counsel, and the team, headed by Chen Liming and Zhuang Jiazi of Shenzhen office, include Yang Hui, Li Qinglin, Zeng Chaodeng, and Xu Wenjin.
