Zhong Lun represented Shandong FIN CNC Machine Co., Ltd（FIN CNC, 002270.SZ）in its recent initial public offering and listing of shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The RMB317 million offering, consisting of 36.5 million shares at 8.70 yuan each, was sponsored and underwritten by China Merchants Securities.
Zhong Lun’s legal team was led by our partner Zhang Zhong and Hu Tingfeng, and included Yu Yonghui and Sang Shidong, who provided legal advice for the company.
