Zhong Lun Advises Blackstone on Trade Sale of Pactera

It was recently disclosed and reported that Pactera Technology International Ltd., a global leading digital consulting and technology services firm headquartered in China, had become a part of HNA Group. In 2014 Pactera finalized the privatization by the Blackstone Group and was delisted from Nasdaq.

The legal team of Zhong Lun Law Firm, led by Anthony Zhao, acted as the PRC legal counsel to Blackstone throughout the whole process of the trade sale of Pactera. Sammy Hsia, John Shen and Zhao Li mainly handled the legal matters in the areas of M&A and capital markets; Scott Yu, Frank Jiang and Maria Hou were responsible for anti-trust related matters; and several other partners also contributed expertise in their respective areas. Zhong Lun also actively participated in the Pactera’s previous going-private transaction.
