On June 21, 2018, Zhejiang Jingu Co., Ltd., ThyssenKrupp Steel Europe Co., Ltd. and Angang Steel Co. Ltd. executed the joint venture agreement to establish a joint venture for research and development, engineering, marketing and sale of new steel wheels.
Zhong Lun represents Angang Steel and provides full spectrum legal service for this project. The project is led by David Wang, partner of Zhong Lun, and managed by our non-equity partner Jackie Chen. The project team is consisted of Echo Huang, Vivien Xu, Ian Yin, Tobey Yang, Klaus Ni and Raw Yan.
