Zhong Lun Represents Offshore Syndicate on Re-financing Project for Offshore Subsidiary of Fosun Pharmaceutical
Recently, an offshore syndicate jointly arranged by several MLABs consisting of Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, etc. granted offshore facility of an amount of USD700 million to an offshore subsidiary of Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 600196.SH,02196.HK) (“Fosun Pharmaceutical") for its re-financing. The facility is secured by the corporate guarantee provided by Fosun Pharmaceutical.
Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC counsel for the offshore syndicate and provided comprehensive legal services for this NeiBaoWaiDai loan project. The legal team was led by Shirley Lu, the partner of Zhong Lun, and the team members include Sophia Chen and Mo Chen.
