Zhong Lun Advised on Q&K’s IPO on NASDAQ

On November 5, 2019, Q&K International Group (Nasdaq: QK), a leading technology-driven long-term apartment rental platform in China, announced its initial public offering and listing of American depositary shares on the Nasdaq Global Market, and became the first U.S.-listed Chinese long-term apartment rental platform. Morgan Stanley and CICC acted as the joint bookrunners for the offering.

Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the joint bookrunners’ PRC legal counsel in this offering; its legal team was led by Anthony Zhao and William Jia, and included Summer Huang, Jermyn Hu. The Zhong Lun team previously represented Morgan Stanley and Crescent Capital for their investments in Q&K.
