Zhong Lun Advised on Year 2019 Notes Offering by Zhenjiang Transportation Industry Group

On November 28, 2019，Zhenjiang Transportation Industry Group Co. Ltd. issued its Year 2019 notes in the aggregate principal amount of US$220 million under Regulation S. In this offering, Cinda International, Haitong International and several other investment banks acted as the joint lead managers.

Zhong Lun Law Firm acted as the PRC counsel to the joint lead managers in this offering; the legal team from Zhong Lun was led by Anthony Zhao and William Jia, and included Summer Huang, etc. The Zhong Lun team previously represented joint lead managers in Zhenjiang Transportation Industry Group’s Year 2016 notes offering.
