Zhong Lun advised SATS Group on the establishment of a JV in Huizhou
Recently, the Singapore-based SATS LTD. (SGX Stock Code: SATS), through its PRC joint venture Nanjing Weizhou Airline Food Corp., Ltd. (“Nanjing Weizhou") , established Huizhou Weilian Airline Food Co., Ltd. (“Huizhou Weilian") in Huizhou, Guangdong province, together with Guangzhou Guanglian Aviation Services Co. Ltd. and Shenzhen Shunhe Tiancheng Trading Co., Ltd as joint venturers. Huizhou Weilian mainly engages in the production and sales of aviation food. Najing Weizhou holds 55% equity interest in Huizhou Weilian.
As the legal advisor for SATS LTD., Zhong Lun Law Firm provided full scope legal services for this project, including advising on the deal structure, transaction documents drafting and assisting with registration.
